Sampler Quilt Challenge
Grand Prize - $300 Cash
Viewers Choice Prizes - $50 Gift Certificates
Rules & Eligibility
1. Quilts must have a minimum of 9 different Quilt Rush blocks.
2. Blocks must be made from Quilt Rush block kits from any of the 9 out of 12 participating shops.
3. Fabric for the blocks must be used from the kits you buy. However sashing, borders or any other fabric used in your quilt may be any fabric of your choice.
4. Quilts may not exceed 200 inches in circumference.
5. You must keep each block design as shown on the pattern but the size of the block may be altered.
6. Any quilting method or embellishment may be used.
7. Quilts must be finished and turned in to any participating Quilt Rush shop by closing time on Saturday, June 28th (Please check your local shop for times).
8. Quilt owner’s name, address, and telephone number must be pinned or sewn to the back of their quilt.
9. Quilts will be available at each shop for viewing through Thursday July 31st.
10. Each shop’s viewers choice will win a $50 gift certificate from that shop.
11. The viewers choice quilt from each shop will then be judged for the Grand Prize by the Quilt Rush shop owners/representatives.
12. Quilts will be judged on overall appeal, creativity, and workmanship.
13. No staff or employees of participating shops are eligible to win prizes.
14. Must be 16 years or age or older to enter.
Challenge Grand Prize Winner will be announced Wednesday
August 6th at 1:00pm and will be posted on the website at www.quiltrush.com
